You can rent your automatic baby hammock for as long as you want to support your baby's development or as long as your baby needs it. It doesn't matter whether you keep it for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.

If you decide on a specific term of more than one month right at the beginning, we will further reduce your monthly investment for each month.

You will receive your exact rental price per month after selecting your term in the configurator. The rental period is automatically extended by another month if you do not return your automatic baby hammock to us on time, i.e., within 3 days after the end of the rental period.

We are always very happy when babies and parents are so happy with our automatic baby hammock that they would prefer to keep it. Should you also decide to do so, we will credit you with up to three months' rent - completely flexibly and without hidden costs.

Note: It is important that your already rented automatic baby hammock then remains with you and is not exchanged for a new one again.

You can find the exact rental period on your invoice. Here is an example: If the invoice shows the period from 12.12.2025 to 11.01.2026, then the automatic baby hammock must have been received back by us by 14.01.2026 at the latest. That is, no later than 3 days after the end of your rental period.

Note: So if you wish to end your rental without a buyout, remember to ship it back in good time.

All swing2sleep packaging is tailored to our automatic baby hammocks/ products/ accessories.

We therefore ask you to return everything to us well-packed in the original packaging. This guarantees in any case that everything remains undamaged.

Note: You can choose a shipping service provider of your choice, but you should definitely make sure that you have a corresponding tracking number in the event of loss during delivery. Please enter your name and customer number legibly on the shipping label. The costs for shipping are to be borne entirely by you.

We would like to share our experience with over 249,325 swing2sleep families with you. Some babies need a little more time and patience to accept the automatic baby hammock. Especially older babies are not always enthusiastic on the "first try". Please give yourself and your baby enough time and space for this, because the difference an automatic baby hammock can make for your baby's development in the long term is actually that great.

No, you don't have to, as we take care of cleaning the hammock. But generally speaking, we don't want to stop you from doing so either. We are of course always happy to receive clean returns.

If anything, then that our rental is initially truly a pure rental and not a hire purchase. So these are not monthly installments with which you are financing the automatic baby hammock interest-free, so that it eventually belongs to you automatically.

Note: All special prices that we currently have in the shop for automatic baby hammocks, sets, and complete sets cannot necessarily be used as a basis for calculation for the purchase or the takeover from the rental.
